Peter Alexander Artes – Peter is a hard working, no nonsense contractor with an attention to detail that is second to none. He started his remodeling and construction career 8 years ago in the Washington D.C.\Northern Virginia metropolitan area. Remodeling the 100+ year old homes in that region was a passion for him and taught him to always expect the unexpected. The constant changes and ability to overcome obstacles in remodeling has given him the capability to uncover and predict important details that most contractors will miss. He uses a common sense approach to remodeling that has come from years of not only overseeing numerous projects, but performing the work as well.
Peter has a knack of thinking outside the box and coming up with plans that separate his projects from that of standard run of the mill contractors. He prides himself in the finished product and making his clients remodeling dreams a reality.
Peter moved to the Austin, Texas area 3 years ago and has spent that time working as a Senior Construction Manager for Lennar homes and the Construction Superintendant for a custom pool builder. In the 3 years that he has been in Austin he has established numerous working relationships with local vendors and continues to use all local vendors and suppliers whenever possible.
“My passion is completing a remodeling project in a home that needed a match, not a contractor, and surpassing even my own expectations.” – Peter Artes
