“I had two years earlier had a custom kitchen installed and bath upgrades from the local “premiere” kitchen and bath retailer. At the two year point it became clear that one of the custom vanities in a bath had not been installed properly as it began to “settle” which is not normal in high rise buildings. Peter was recommended and hired to fix the vanity installation. He removed all of the trim work and the vanity, altered the cabinet to fit an alcove properly and reinstalled everything so well that one would never know it had not been built-in when the building was constructed. He was also contracted to upgrade some closets, replace doors in the condo and replace ceramic tiles that had cracks, all of which was done to perfection.
